De Burg brews vinegar in one of the most modern factories in Europe. The vinegars we produce are natural products which can be flavoured, coloured and labelled to suit customer requirements.
Our production process makes it possible to achieve an especially high degree of acidity up to 20% which makes it economically viable to transport competitively throughout Europe. These high strength vinegars can be transported either by road tanker, IBCs or drums. The capability of De Burg is backed up by their ability to draw product from either of their manufacturing sites to satisfy the peaks of sale on demand.
