The company was acquired by a Dutch group Burg-Groep B.V. in February 2006.
OKL a.s. became part of a strong group with factories in Holland, Belgium, Germany and France. The committment of our mother company to invest in our factory gives us the opportunity to upgrade our production and administrative systems to further improve our products and services. Burg-Groep is one of the leading manufacturers of vinegar, edible oils and syrups in Europe. Our annual production capacity has risen to 35 millions litres.
